We ship our packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and only within the USA.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
Please allow up to 3 business days for the processing of your order before it can be shipped and up to 1 business day after processing to receive a tracking number. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Depending on your location it should take 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. We do NOT ship on major holidays.
WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LATE, LOST OR DAMAGED?
Late: We ask that you wait one additional business day beyond your expected delivery date. If your package still has not arrived, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may help resolve the delay.
Lost: We ask that you please allow one additional business day passed the delivery date as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the package too early. If your package still has not arrived, please email us at email@example.com so that we may help recover your package.
Damaged: If you received a damaged item(s), please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen or stolen by others. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted the package on your behalf.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please make sure that a residential mailing address is submitted when ordering

Order confirmation emails are typically sent within an hour of placing your order, but can take up to a few hours - be sure to check your spam folder! We recommend checking your email for your order confirmation which confirms the product(s), quantity, payment method, etc.

We are currently not shipping internationally.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, Body Laine Essentials is unable to provide exchanges or refunds at this time. Please choose carefully before submitting an order.
